Dust Removal
Construction dust is finer and more pervasive than everyday dirt — it settles into every crevice, vent, and surface. This includes:
Wiping down all walls, baseboards, trim, and windowsills
Vacuuming and wiping air vents, dust from HVAC systems is a major complaint if skipped
Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, exposed ceiling framing, exposed ducting, & fire sprinkler systems.
Wiping down electrical outlets, switch plates, and thermostats
Detailing cabinetry — inside, outside, tracks, and hinges
Window cleaning — interior and exterior glass, plus tracks and sills where dust and caulk residue collect
Close-out Walkthrough
During the final closeout walkthrough, our team meets with the client to physically demonstrate the completed work. Inspect sills, shelving, and trim to confirm there's no dust residue, and open cabinets, drawers, and closets to verify interiors are as clean as exteriors. Floors are checked along corners and baseboards. Windows and glass are viewed at with all lights on or in natural light to catch any streaking, and fixtures like faucets, light switches, and door handles visually inspected. Any storage or mechanical areas are opened and inspected as well, since these often hold leftover materials. We close with a final review, giving the client the opportunity to flag anything they notice, addressing it on the spot to close out the area, finishing with photo documentation and a client sign-off confirming the space meets a move-in-ready standard.
Specialty
HEPA-filtered vacuums to capture fine construction dust instead of just recirculating it.
Specialized scrapers and solvents for adhesive, paint, and caulk residue that regular cleaning products won't touch.
PPE and safety awareness for sharp debris, exposed nails, and leftover chemicals
Often done in phases — a rough clean immediately after construction wraps, followed by a final detail clean right before occupancy or walkthrough
Floor surface scrubbing with abrasives for deep dirt & grime removal
